QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from Tourism or Hospitality Management departments of universities,
• At least 3 years of experience in the field,
• Preferably previous experience working in luxury segment hotels,
• Advanced English proficiency (a second foreign language is a plus),
• Strong communication skills, guest satisfaction-oriented,
• Successful in team management,
• Strong planning and organizational skills,
• Attention to food safety and hygiene standards,
• Able to adapt to flexible working hours,
• Living or able to live in Fethiye.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure the control and organization of bar operations,
• Ensure customer satisfaction and develop customer relations,
• Monitor the maintenance needs of the bar department,
• Ensure the control and monthly inventory of bar-related materials and report them.
