We are looking for a team member to join our International Company as Reporting Specialist
The Company was established in 2013 and has grown rapidly to become a leading provider of online trading solutions for individual and institutional clients. Based in the UK, they are innovators specializing in developing both technologically advanced and user-friendly trading platforms.
- Strong academic background (degree in finance, business administration, management mathematics, statistics or equivalent),
- Proven experience with report writing and technical requirements analysis
- Preferred averaged 2 years of experience in the operation department in the Banking business
- Excellent MS Office, Excel, Macro, and CRM Dynamics applications knowledge
- Practical knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, and graphs
- Strong technical skills including the ability to merge data from various sources, write formulas to summarize data, translate data into user-friendly reports, and data mine for necessary drill-down metrics
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
- Analytical thinking; able to prioritize work and multi-task in a fast-paced setting, willing to take on new projects, and be flexible
- Excellent design skills; conceptualize complex data flows/transformations
- Strong communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with others; demonstrated collaborative skills
- Possess the skill to creatively solve problems and propose solutions with minimal direction
- Self- motivated
- Creative and with strong attention to detail

Job Description
- Creating and coordinating the preparation and release of operational reports
- Researching, reviewing, and analyzing the effectiveness and efficiency of existing report procedures and systems and developing strategies for enhancing or leveraging these processes and systems
- Working directly with decision-makers and end-users to understand, define, and document current and possible future reporting goals, needs, and requirements
- Developing, coordinating distribution, and maintaining reporting templates for operational information to Think Technology
- Designing, developing, publishing, and maintaining management dashboards
- Designing reports for performance, data quality, and simplicity/maintainability, and articulate trade-offs as appropriate
- Researching and recommending key performance indicators in order to provide better intelligence in reporting identifying automation and process improvement ideas and implement
- Writing and maintaining processes related to all standard reporting
- Preparing the management reports and Board presentations
