Havelsan  Teknoloji   Radar  Sanayi  ve  Ticaret   INC.  (HTR) was founded in 1990  as a Turkish-French joint venture for the production of TRS 22XX Long Range Mobile Air Surveillance Radars then by the transfer of Thales shares to HAVELSAN INC. in February 2001, HTR is a subsidiary of HAVELSAN INC and Turkish Armed Forces Foundation (TSKGV) company.

HTR has three main fields of activity. Namely, Electronic Systems Integrated Logistic Support (ILS), Design, Assembly and production of electro-Mechanical sub systems,  Electronic Security Systems.
 
HTR has been accomplishing all these activities under high level quality standards.
